Semana 1 / Week 1

El primer día pensamos en cómo haríamos el proyecto.

Hicimos un dibujo para ver como quedaría (los engranajes que usaríamos, cómo los pondríamos, etc…)

Tras mostrárselo a la profesora, comenzamos a construirlo.

También conectamos dos cables uniendo la batería y el motor, y este al tornillo sin fin, al que tuvimos que cambiarle la punta debido a que estaba torcida y, aunque intentamos ponerla recta, no lo conseguimos.

Probamos que funcionaba poniendo un engranaje sobre el tornillo sin fin, con un resultado exitoso.

También intentamos poner el soporte del motor en la base de madera con un tornillo, pero no nos dio tiempo.

En el segundo día, lijamos la lata de Nesquik, la cual nos llevó prácticamente toda la hora.

Mientras Marta, Carmen y Ana la lijaban, Victoria ponía el soporte del motor en la base.

Tras acabar ambas tareas, todas comenzamos a colocar los primeros engranajes.

Marta y Carmen se encargaban de ponerlos en los ejes a la vez que Ana y Victoria buscaban maderas para luego hacer los soportes.

On the first day we thought about how we were going to do the project.

We made a draw to see how it would be ( the gears that we would use, how we would put them, etc…)

After showing it to our teacher, we began to construct it.

We also conect two wires joining the battery and the engine, and this one to the endless screw, which we had to change the end as it was bent, and although we tried to put it straight, we couldn’t.

We prove that it worked putting up a gear above the endless screw, with a succesful result.

We also tried to put the engine mount in the wood base with a screw, but we hadn’t time enough.

On the second day, we sanded the Nesquik can, the one which carry us almost all hour.
Whereas Marta, Carmen and Ana sanded it, Victoria put the motor support on the base.
After finishing both works, we started to place the first gears.
Marta and Carmen were in charge of putting them in the shafts whereas Ana and Victoria were looking for woods to make the supports later.
